"Stacy put me through a thoroughly rigorous workout on the TRX® a few weeks ago that really worked my whole body. She adjusted the exercises as we went, to meet my needs and fitness level. It was so refreshing to have a trainer really pay attention to how I was doing the exercises, correct my form, and add in additional exercises to work the areas that were clearly trouble spots for me. She even designed a workout for me to do at home on my own TRX® System. When she designed that workout for me, it was clear that Stacy took into consideration the areas that I needed to work on and didn¹t just throw something together.
After doing that TRX® workout for just a couple of weeks, I can already see and feel a huge difference. My posture is much better, and my flexibility has improved too!
